Six months ago, through the efforts of the people of Kaliningrad, Russia sufficient funds were raised for the treatment of young Alya Grubyy.

Alya travelled to Moscow for the operation and now Alya needs our help again.

Alya is one and a half years old and suffers from cancer and unfortunately metastasizes has occured after one of her kidneys has had to be removed. The cancer has then spread to one of her lungs and during the treatment she received in Moscow, part of this lung has also been removed. Unfortunately now the cancer has spread to both lungs and the Russian doctors can do nothing more.

However, there is a professor in Hamburg, Germany, who is ready to examine Alya. Following this examination there may be a possibility of a further operation which as the representatives of the family say, "is the last hope as Alya only has days to live"
